Built in 1972, to accommodate chamois researchers, who between 1972 to 1980, spent up to 2 weeks each month of the year, studying chamois, including using radio tracking collars to record where 10 individuals travelled, hence the large radio antenna. The small high windows & the interior is set up for long periods of observation with binoculars. There is a ledge around two walls & high bar stools to match the bench. The hide was fully renovated by Keith Green between 2016 & 2022. The photo inside the hide was taken by Ray Henderson & supplied by Steuart Laing. Edit Hut
