Built in 1961 this hut’s original standard design was upgraded in the early 1990’s, including the provision of a covered veranda overlooking the stream below. Mid May, 2024, saw Brett Stokman, from RVB Construction, & 2 others, install a new wood burner, replace the water tank, clearlight, & internal lining above the bench & fireplace, repaint the interior, & install a head flashing above the kitchen window.
