Notes
Built in 2012 by volunteers from the Mackenzie Alpine Trust, including Brent Patterson, Nick Hislop, Shane Peak, Chris Watson & Gerald Scott. Barrie Green was the project manager. The hut was built on the foundations of the base & home of the late venison hunter, Archie Anderson [see 'Kaipo Hut (old)']. The hut has been built using the same profile as Anderson's hut, plus, it has a wet back cylinder that gives running hot water & a hot shower. Edit Hut
