Owned & maintained by volunteers from the Rakiura Hunter Camp Trust (RHCT). The third of three huts, it was built in 2008 by the RHCT with generous financial assistance from the Community Trust of Southland. Great to explore the area around Masons Bay with girls year 10 school groups very spoilt to have had this opportunity. Teachers were keen hunters and were successful at putting venison on the menu for the teenagers.
