The third of three Rocks Hut’s. This hut was built in 1983 to replace ‘Rocks Hut No. 2’, which was a hut built in 1956 & owned by the Nelson Tramping Club. Rocks Hut No. 3 has decking with seats, two flush toilets & running water at an outside sink. February, 2022, saw the exterior painted red by a 'Jobs for Nature' team. Edit Hut
