Notes
Built in 1962 as a standard S70 6-bunk design with an open fire. It is located in the Cook River to Haast River Conservation Area. It is maintained by Permolat volunteers, led by Geoff Spearpoint. It was painted & had some maintenance completed in November. 2016. Major flooding in March, 2019, undercut the bank & the hut was shifted back closer to the bush edge. In September, 2020, the Chimney was reattached. Edit Hut
