Very easy walk from Mason Bay, unless there's flooding. Water taxis can access this hut at high tide. As Ray said, your best bet is to book a taxi well in advance, then walk from Mason Bay to Freshwater to catch a taxi out in the same day.

A sort of nowhere place, with poorly-designed (cramped) sleeping areas. Best to pay for a boat outta there!

Most of the track from mason bay to here was a flat wide 4wdish thing.
