From Inglewood mine, we followed old track with orange markers that dropped into stream. Then picked up old benched track on true right for 250m. Dropped into main stream at tiny side stream. Followed main stream for another 50m past slabs of concrete. Small cairn on true right bank. Climbed straight up from there...about 20-30m elevation above stream

Progressed past the Track Closed signs, and scrambled through remnants of the track. Found the hut up on the spur as marked. Very derelict.

The track for the last 400 m is completely overgrown and hard work. The hut is up the hill quite a way and you can’t see it from the clearing on the creek. Now in poor condition being held up by the interior timber match lining.
