Built in 1970, it was due to be replaced in mid 2023. There is cell signal in the hut & really good signal on the hillock above the toilet block, looking towards the Desert Road. This is a 'Great Walks' & bookings are required during the peak season only (21 October, 2022 to 30 April, 2023). Edit Hut

Real devil's staircase is climbing to the top bunks in the main area when other hut users have lit the fire even though it was a beautiful warm day...iykyk
