Bit of a hassle to get to, multiple trapping lines you can sort of follow but you kind of have to find your own way there. Hut is okay for a single-bunker, has some items inside. No nearby water source and no toilets, some cell service on the ridge.

Decent little hut, followed pink trapping lines up to find it, small series of items inside, however seems to have some slight water damage issues.

Nice little spot but doesn't get much sun and is rotten in places. Also not close to water. No toilet.
