The hut is situated on conservation land and open to public use, albeit with a fee payable to the Marlborough Tramping Club who own it. Please do not change the classification to 'Private Hut' again. Thanks.

Tararua Hut (1970) built by the TTC, should really be listed as a separate hut. The Adrian Murray is the MTC hut built later next to it.
